Up-to-date

Most recently, sold my 17 inch wheels and tires to my father for his '97 Crown Vic.
I ordered a set of 15x8 and 15x10 Crager, black steel wheels. For tires
I used 265/50/15 front and 295/50/15 rear, and installed the police center caps.

Rainy Day

It is raining outside, so I guess I will take the time to talk about my '98 Crown Victoria. I have had the car for almost eight months now. In that time it has gone through some dramatic changes. Here are some of the things I have done:
  • Within the first 2 weeks I changed the air system and the exhaust system. I went with a MOTOBLUE Cold air and 2.5 inch exhaust with high flow cats and flowmaster mufflers.
  • I then moved on to suspension and wheels and tires. I went with a 17x9 KMC wheel with 245/45/17 on the front, 315/35/17 drag radials on the rear. I lowered the car 2 inches in the front and 3 inches in the rear.
  • I then decided to do something about the seats. I got rid of the old cop fart cushions and replaced them with black racing seats.
  • I was using a superchips computer programmer. Now I am running a Diablo sport chip.
  • Also installed a set of 373 rearend gears.
  • But I guess the biggest modification of all would be, I took the automatic out of the car and replaced it with a 5 speed manual from a '98 GT Mustang. And let me tell you......It made this big fat, 4 door car fun to drive!
Here are some pictures of the progress made so far:

A Day Well Spent

We spent the day at the Houston Grand Prix. We enjoyed a lot of the activities, but this was the highlight of the day!

"What's Going on at My Job"

I am currently rebuilding the motor in my bosses 2005 GT Mustang. When he first bought the car one of the modifications was a F-1 supercharger from ATI. After a year, we finally got something to break. It bent a couple of rods.
